Hot Shoppe Designs is a well-established custom apparel manufacturer that has been producing high-quality, American-made apparel in Southern California for more than 40 years. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our friendly production team in San Clemente. Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required—we are willing to train the right person. However, applicants must have at least three years of previous work experience and should be able to explain their responsibilities, skills, and knowledge gained from prior jobs. If you take pride in your work, show up on time, pay attention to details, and enjoy learning new skills, this could be an excellent long-term opportunity.

Position Responsibilities:

Operate and assist with digital fabric-cutting equipment Load and properly align fabric rolls onto cutting tables Inspect finished pieces for accuracy, logos, colors, and overall quality Help trim, organize, and package finished garments Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized Assist with routine machine maintenance Work closely with the production team to complete jobs accurately and efficiently

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of three years of previous work experience is required
• Knowledge and skills gained from previous jobs
• A dependable person with a consistent work history
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a busy production environment
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds as needed
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, apparel, or machine-operation experience is a plus
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

• $18.50
• 22.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Six Paid Holidays
• Five Sick Days Provided in Advance
