San Diego, CA Pay:

$22.00 per hour

Temporary — Minimum 1 month We are looking for a reliable and motivated CNC & Production Helper to join our manufacturing team. This position is open to candidates with or without previous CNC or manufacturing experience . Training will be provided to the right candidate. Responsibilities Assist with operating CNC/digital cutting equipment. Load and unload materials and finished parts. Assist with material preparation, cutting, assembly, and general production activities. Follow production drawings, work instructions, and safety procedures. Perform basic quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Support the production team with other general manufacturing tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous CNC, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required . Ability to learn and follow work instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Strong attention to detail and willingness to work as part of a team. Compensation & Schedule $22.00/hour Temporary position with a minimum commitment of 1 month Opportunity for continued work based on performance, attendance, and business needs.
