M-F 7am -330pm Immediate Need Position Overview We are seeking a Temp-to-Hire Associate Technician, THV Sewing to support manufacturing operations for transcatheter heart valve devices. This is an immediate opening within a controlled cleanroom manufacturing environment at our Irvine, CA location. This entry-level technician role is ideal for candidates with strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to perform highly detailed sewing and tissue preparation work while adhering to strict quality and regulatory standards. Successful temp employees will be considered for conversion to a regular full-time role based on performance and business need.

Associate Manager, THV Production & Technical Training Work Environment:
Corporate office with controlled cleanroom manufacturing area Key Responsibilities Perform detailed sewing and tissue preparation processes used in the assembly of transcatheter heart valve devices Use small hand tools and specialized equipment including needles, scissors, forceps, microscopes, and custom tooling Complete assigned assembly steps in a rotational, assembly-line environment Verify completed work against specifications and record traceable data in device history records Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Support engineering investigations related to component nonconformance and root cause analysis when needed Maintain compliance with all quality system, safety, and contamination control requirements Support production needs through reliable attendance, punctuality, and availability for overtime as required Perform general housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized work area Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Candidates without a diploma may qualify with validated external assessment demonstrating high-school-level competencies Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English Strong fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity Ability to accurately perform detailed, repetitive tasks Comfortable handling animal tissue and working in wet-process environments Basic computer skills Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with full gowning (gown/coveralls, gloves, mask, hairnet, boot covers, and PPE) Ability to sit for extended periods while performing highly detailed sewing work Sustained concentration required while working under a microscope or magnification Ability to perform repetitive motions such as reaching, grasping, and fine manipulation Ability to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods Ability to push, pull, twist, stoop, kneel, balance, and climb as needed Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds Ability to follow strict safety, cleanliness, and contamination control procedures Why This Role Immediate start available Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term employment On-the-job training provided Work in a regulated, high-impact medical device manufacturing environment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
