In this role, you will support the production process by ensuring compliance with food safety standards, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various tasks that keep our facility running smoothly. (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures to ensure food safety throughout production. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils in accordance with health regulations. Help monitor temperature controls, storage conditions, and product handling to prevent contamination or spoilage. Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and reporting shortages or issues promptly. Follow all safety guidelines including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safe handling of equipment. Document production activities accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems or other medical documentation tools when necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or related fields preferred but not required. Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P., food safety standards, and sanitation practices is highly desirable. Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to strict safety protocols. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure compliance with health regulations. Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues clearly. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
