VMCJob Title/High-Level Position Summary:
Responsible for coordinating the daily activities of multiple operational areas including but not limited to value streams within the Vista Manufacturing Center. This role provides leadership to production operators and coordinators, ensures alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs), and drives continuous improvement by identifying and addressing process gaps. This position serves as a critical link between production floor operators and our Senior Operations Lead or Supervisor, ensuring operations are executed in alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Performs various tasks which may include but are not limited to:

Coordinate and provide directions to production operators to ensure consistent execution of areas assigned.

Accountable for delivering production KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Value) to ensure operational performance goals are achieved.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and standard operating procedures across all areas.

Oversee employee rotations and staffing adjustments based on order volume to reach daily target.

Identify gaps in processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvements.

Coordinate training of new hires and current staff on implemented procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects.

Demonstrate understanding of basic assembly techniques and approaches.

Accountable to perform basic troubleshooting to determine cause of system failures during assembly and/or collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the cause.

Responsible for collaborating cross-functionally for the coordination of maintenance activities.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 1+ years of leadership experience.

Experience in Oracle ERP system for inventory and material management.

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Perform basic troubleshooting to determine cause of system failures during assembly.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
