Production Assistant

Overview We're a Producer/Director team hosting a school camping weekend in Santa Barbara. This is part production, part camp magic. You'll see how we run things behind the curtain—while helping create a seamless, high-touch experience for our families. We're looking for someone who loves organization, details, and people—and can pivot from spreadsheet → crafts table → guest support without missing a beat. Outside of this weekend, I am also looking for that magical unicorn that loves spreadsheets as much as a Cricut and Sewing… so there is long term potential. Dates & Commitment

• Sunday afternoon potential drop in West LA.
• In Santa Barbara overnight stay is preferred, lodging provided, or a Santa Barbara local would fit as well. Rate
• $250 / 12-hour day

• Have coordination / event / production experience (preferred)
