Your Day-to-Day task may include the following: Sliding the battery along conveyor rollers Filling the fluid and capping properly Visually inspecting those products are filled and that they look good (If they aren't or they don't, send them back through.) Solving the problems and recommending solutions A committing to safety and company hygiene rules Wearing PPE if directed to What we'd like you to know: It gets hot sometimes, really hot But…It gets cold sometimes also Our people mean everything to us, so we look after, teach, promote, and make them leaders We're going to tell you to be safe, wear the right gear (which we give you), use the correct hand tools, and teach you to operate the machinery…. So, a little about you: You, Work great with a team Have a high school diploma, GED or higher Can use hand tools and stand at work Have a basic English proficiency Can do a little Math Have a consistent work record Might have some experience in manufacturing/production (we love that), but it's not a deal-breaker Care about your safety and the safety of others…therefore… follow all the rules all the time Bear down and get the job done.
