Key Responsibilities:
Precisely perform sizing, trimming, and shell cutting to uphold product quality standards. Diligently inspect materials for defects, ensuring only high-quality products move forward. Safely operate manufacturing equipment in compliance with all safety and sanitation protocols. Utilize measuring tools such as Pi tapes and calipers to ensure accuracy. Handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds with proper technique. Communicate effectively with team members to meet and exceed production goals. Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred. Strong communication, reading, and attention to detail skills. Proficiency with measurement tools such as Pi tapes and calipers. Ability to operate standard manufacturing, office, and warehouse equipment. Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is a plus. Able to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably. Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed.

Pay Details:
