Hash Washing Technician (Bubble Hash Solventless)

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Hash Washing Technician to assist with solventless cannabis production. This role involves washing fresh frozen material, collecting hash, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and supporting daily production operations. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, follows SOPs closely, and takes pride in producing high-quality product. Cannabis or solventless experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic, consistency, and willingness to learn are equally important. Responsibilities Wash fresh frozen cannabis material using solventless extraction methods Monitor water temperature, ice levels, agitation times, and wash consistency Collect and handle hash carefully to preserve quality Assist with sieving, draining, and tray preparation for freeze drying Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and work areas Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules Accurately label and organize product batches Assist with loading/unloading freeze dryers and production equipment Identify quality issues and communicate production concerns promptly Support inventory organization and general facility upkeep Work efficiently while maintaining product quality standards Skills & Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to stand on feet for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to repeatedly lift and move 50+ lbs multiple times per day Comfortable working in cold and wet environments for extended periods Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to follow instructions and repeat processes accurately Good time management and organizational skills Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to work independently and with a team Cannabis industry or solventless extraction experience preferred but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Traits Clean and organized worker Calm under pressure during busy production days Takes pride in quality and efficiency Honest, dependable, and communicative

Pay:

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
