Manufacturing Operations Specialist#26-21362 $22.64-$29.90 per hour Santa Rosa, CA Onsite Job Description Our Client, a Global Provider of Electronic Design and Test Solution company, is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Specialist for their Santa Rosa, CA location.
Responsibilities:
Interface with Cross-functional Engineering teams and provide general support for the production team, with special attention to quality, support of New Product Introduction activities. Execute assembly processes developed by Engineering and be able to provide constructive and collaborative feedback. Lead communication with Assembly team. Manage and create systems to organize new and leveraged materials during current production and New Product Introduction progress. Perform inspections of finished products according to pre-established Keysight Cosmetic Standards.
Requirements:
ITAR clearance Growth mindset Assembling small parts with hand tools and electric drivers Work in an ESD environment Attention to detail Ability to read blueprints and follow assembly procedures 3 to 5 years' experience demonstrating success working with Engineering teams and partners all throughout the manufacturing process High School diploma
