Full Job Description Position Overview Compensation:

Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours weekly for a 24-month duration We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Technical Specialist to join our premier electronics testing organization. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering and production departments to manage technical processes, maintain testing hardware, and assist in the ongoing development and manufacturing of our products. Core Duties Facilitate manufacturing success by partnering with engineering groups to carry out established technical procedures throughout the entire product lifecycle. Contribute to the successful rollout of engineering solutions by participating in project meetings and providing actionable feedback on product transfers. Ensure optimal equipment performance by operating and troubleshooting test and measurement systems to help the team meet production goals. Utilize your expertise in RF, microwave, and circuit technologies to perform hands-on assembly and support critical manufacturing tasks. Maintain team alignment by clearly communicating daily progress and updates to all relevant engineering and production stakeholders. Required Qualifications Between 3 and 5 years of professional experience supporting engineering teams within a production setting. Completion of specialized technical training or higher education, such as an Electronics Certificate. Advanced proficiency in the operation and diagnostic troubleshooting of measurement and test instrumentation. Solid grasp of theoretical concepts related to analog and digital circuitry. Practical experience working with microwave and RF technologies. Demonstrated ability to perform manual assembly tasks. Comprehensive knowledge of the various stages of the product lifecycle.
