Job Type:
Full-time, Contract Role Overview Interface with cross-functional engineering teams and provide general production support. Implement and execute processes developed by Engineering while providing constructive and collaborative feedback. Lead communication and provide daily updates to the team. Collaborate during New Project, Transfer, and Product meetings. Key Responsibilities Support cross-functional Engineering and production teams Implement and execute manufacturing processes defined by Engineering Provide constructive feedback to improve processes and workflows Lead daily communication and provide status updates to the team Participate in New Project, Product Transfer, and Product Development meetings Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience working with Engineering teams in a manufacturing environment Higher education or specialized training/certification (e.g., Electronics Certificate or equivalent) Strong knowledge of test & measurement equipment operation, troubleshooting, and remote control Solid understanding of analog and digital circuits and theory Hands-on assembly experience Understanding of Product Lifecycle processes RF and Microwave technical knowledge Growth mindset and collaborative attitude
Pay:
$28.27 per hour Application Question(s): How many years of experience working in a manufacturing or production environment supporting engineering teams? Do you have formal education or certification in electronics (e.g., Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent)? Please rate your understanding of analog and digital circuit theory as Basic, Intermediate, Strong, or Expert? Do you have hands-on experience with assembly and rework of electronic components or systems? Have you worked with test & measurement equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators)? Do you have experience troubleshooting or operating automated or remotely controlled test systems? Do you have experience working with RF and/or microwave systems or components? Have you participated in New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfers, or product lifecycle support activities? How comfortable are you communicating updates and coordinating between engineering, manufacturing, and production teams daily? Are you available to work a day shift in Santa Rosa, CA on a 24-month contract assignment?
