Day Shift; weekends as needed What You'll Do Produce cheese according to daily production plans Monitor product quality and food safety standards Follow GMPs, SOPs, and company procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment Work with team members to meet production goals Report quality concerns and production issues promptly What We're Looking For Manufacturing or food production experience preferred Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Basic math and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment English required; Spanish is a plus Physical Requirements Lift and move up to 50 pounds Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Work in cold, wet, and occasionally noisy production environments Why Join Us?
