This position is responsible for pulling corrugated materials from conveyors and safely stacking finished materials onto pallets. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Job Duties Pull corrugated materials from moving conveyors. Stack materials neatly and safely onto pallets. Maintain a steady work pace to keep production moving. Follow safety and production procedures. Keep the work area clean and organized. Perform other general production duties as assigned. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments. Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety. Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 45 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
