Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous sanitation, janitorial, food production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required. Training provided. Job Duties Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, work areas, warehouse spaces, and common areas Use pressure hoses and approved cleaning tools to maintain sanitary conditions Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble equipment after production runs Follow daily, weekly, and deep-cleaning schedules Safely handle cleaning chemicals and sanitizers while following safety procedures Complete sanitation logs and cleaning documentation Conduct pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment is production-ready Remove waste, recyclables, and debris from production areas Report equipment issues and safety concerns to supervisors Maintain compliance with cGMP, FDA, OSHA, food safety, and company procedures Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Sanitation Worker. Physical Capabilities Steel-toed shoes are required on production floor Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
