Schedule:
Rotating Shifts 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM 7:00 PM - 8:00 AM Rotation every 4 months Requires at least one weekend day per shift and holiday coverage About the Role We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support purification operations within a fast-paced, structured production environment. This role is responsible for executing manufacturing processes that support both clinical and commercial production. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and experienced in large-scale purification processes, including chromatography and filtration systems. Success in this role requires strict adherence to GMP standards, strong teamwork, and flexibility with rotating shifts. Key Responsibilities Perform manufacturing operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines Execute purification processes, including: Chromatography Filtration techniques Operation of pressurized systems Monitor processes and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Accurately complete production documentation and records Identify and communicate process deviations or issues Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production environment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals and timelines Follow defined procedures and accept feedback in a highly structured environment Required Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a regulated industry Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures and documentation practices Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry) Hands-on experience with large-scale purification processes Familiarity with: Chromatography systems Filtration methods Pressurized processing equipment Knowledge of GMP regulations and controlled manufacturing environments Key Skills & Competencies Adaptability and flexibility in a shift-based work environment Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to follow structured processes with precision Effective communication and teamwork abilities Openness to feedback and continuous improvement Work Environment This role operates in a highly regulated manufacturing setting supporting production operations. Strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards is required at all times. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Thousand Oaks, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
