What You'll Do:
Implement daily work objectives and uphold housekeeping, safety, health, environmental, and security standards. Actively participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety reporting. Continuously monitor wells and equipment, identifying and executing corrective and optimization actions. Serve as Equipment Care Technician, performing routine maintenance activities as needed. Communicate effectively across shifts, ensuring continuity and safety. Control and coordinate maintenance jobs in line with scheduled plans. Record operational events, abnormal situations, and deviations in detailed log books. Collect product samples and perform field laboratory tests. Participate actively in emergency response activities and incident reporting. Support Wellwork operations, ensuring equipment readiness and well diagnostics are thorough before interventions. Provide assistance during ongoing well intervention activities, maintaining operational excellence.
Required Skills:
Completed secondary education. Previous experience as a Field Technician or in a similar role. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Strong safety, health, and environmental awareness. Extensive knowledge of pipeline operations and safety management tools. Familiarity with emergency preparedness procedures. Knowledge of relevant regulations and commercial agreements. Experience in production, midstream, tank battery, compressor station, or onshore field environments. Hands-on experience with upstream production from the wellhead. Location-specific operational knowledge for South Texas or similar regions. Nice to

Additional experience with process operations in non-refinery settings. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with site-specific safety and operational protocols.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Proven track record in upstream production or field operations. Several years of hands-on experience in pipeline or wellsite environments. Experience working in the listed geographic regions is a plus.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work a 7/7 schedule with 12-hour days. Willingness to participate in emergency response and safety initiatives.
