In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end production of embroidered and apparel items, ensuring high-quality standards are met at every stage. Your expertise will help bring innovative designs to life while maintaining efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of custom apparel and embroidery products that delight our customers and elevate our brand. Responsibilities Operate and maintain embroidery machines, sewing machines, and other manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality apparel items. Assist in garment construction processes, including sewing, assembling, and finishing products according to design specifications. Monitor production workflows in the warehouse or manufacturing area to ensure timely completion of orders. Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications; identify and address any defects or inconsistencies. Collaborate with design teams to interpret embroidery patterns and garment designs for accurate execution. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure all safety protocols are followed during production. Support inventory management by tracking materials, supplies, and finished goods within the warehouse setting. Qualifications Proven experience with garment construction and familiarity with sewing techniques. Proficiency in operating sewing machines and commercial embroidery equipment; experience with multiple machine types is a plus. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes related to apparel production. Previous warehouse experience is preferred, demonstrating ability to manage inventory and logistics efficiently. Knowledge of quality control standards for textile products and apparel items. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
