1st shift, Monday-Friday, start time varies from 4:00 am - 10:00 am depending on department, 8-hour shifts

RESPONSIBILITIESThe Production Associate position is an entry level team member responsible for assembling building material components. This dedicated team member performs one or more repetitive jobs on an assembly line under direct supervision.

Repetitive assembles window material components. Processes include insertion or positioning of materials, clamping, splicing, fitting parts and use of both hand and power toolsUnderstands and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co- workersEvery position requires to do the same job you must be open to perform repetitive tasksMust have at least 1 year experience in manufacturing, general labor or constructionLifts 20 lbs. frequently; 40 lbs. occasionally for light production; and 40 lbs frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally for heavy productionHave the ability to operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assembleHave the ability to be cross trained in multiple functions within and between multiple department linesEmployees are required to stand or walk on a concrete floor surface for up to a ten-hour shiftQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent (GED)A minimum of one (1) year of related work experience in manufacturing or comparable work environmentAbility to work effectively to meet deadlinesAbility to work collaboratively within a team environmentGeneral mathematical knowledge and proficiency with basic measuring instrumentsOffers of employment are contingent upon passing a criminal background checkAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
