Job Description

Are you looking to make a meaningful impact through your craftsmanship? Join Adecco's dynamic team as an Assembly Specialist in Whittier, CA, where you'll help construct mission-critical systems used in public safety, government, and utility control environments. You'll assemble custom consoles, workstations, and furniture that support high-stakes operations—where precision, quality, and safety matter.
Pay & Schedule Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour
Shift:
1st
Shift Hours:
6:00 AM - 2:30
PM Overtime:
As needed What You'll Do Interpret and follow detailed engineering drawings and schematics Assemble custom consoles, workstations, and furniture to specification Install hardware and (when applicable) electrical components Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet standards Use hand and power tools safely in a production environment Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1-3 years of experience in assembly, cabinetry, millwork, or manufacturing Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/schematics Skilled with hand and power tools (safe operation) Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, proactive, and communicates well Valid driver's license Nice to Have Electrical component installation experience Familiarity with OSHA safety policies Background in public safety or control room environments Ready to build products that help safeguard communities? Pay Details:
