We do high-quality embroidery, heat transfers, vinyl, sublimation and direct to film (DTF) printing for local businesses, sports teams, and individuals. We move fast, we do great work, and we don't mess around. If you like making things with your hands and want to learn real production skills on industrial equipment, read on. The Role We're looking for a Part-Time Production Team Member to join our crew Thursday through Saturday. You'll be trained hands-on to operate the equipment that brings our customers' orders to life. No experience required — we'll teach you everything. But if you've touched a heat press, embroidery machine, or plotter before, you're already ahead. This is a 25-hour/week position with a real path to full-time for the right person. What You'll Learn to Operate
- Commercial embroidery machines
- Large format printers
- Heat presses
- Plotter/cutters (vinyl)
- Sublimation Printing
- Other industrial production equipment Schedule Thursday, Friday, Saturday — approximately 25 hours/week Pay
- Starting at $15.16/hour (Colorado minimum wage)
- Pay reflects experience — bring relevant skills and we'll start you higher

- Able to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate physical work
- Able to lift to 50lbs, bend, twist, and kneel throughout the day
- Experience with production equipment, screen printing, embroidery, or similar is a plus, not a requirement What You Get
