Mattress Production Associate The Employment Firm Aurora, CO Job Details Full-time $20 - $21 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Qualifications Teamwork English Manufacturing facility Attention to detail Industrial equipment Manufacturing Full Job Description Mattress AssemblerJob Summary We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Mattress Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble high-quality mattresses according to established work instructions using pneumatic tools and industrial equipment. You will work in a fast-paced production environment where teamwork, safety, and consistency are essential. Key Responsibilities Assemble mattresses according to detailed work instructions and production tickets Operate pneumatic tools such as c-ring hog ring guns, staple guns, and hot glue guns Build and assemble Hot Melt Bond (HMB) units using HMB machinery Apply upholstery layers to HMB units, open coil units, and foam-encased pocketed coil units Perform foam encasement and complete final mattress assembly Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in a fast-paced production setting Maintain a clean and organized work area Position Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing or with pneumatic tools preferred Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift, including mandatory overtime as needed Ability to lift up to 120 lbs repeatedly during a shift (team lifting required for heavy materials) Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Reliable attendance and punctuality are required; unexcused absences are not tolerated Must have reliable transportation (site is not accessible via public transportation, especially during overtime hours) Shift & Pay 1st Shift $20/hour 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (overtime may extend to 4:00 PM) Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed) 2nd Shift $21/hour 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM (overtime may extend to 3:00 AM) Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
