This role is responsible for assisting with product preparation, packaging, labeling, quality control, and maintaining compliance with state cannabis regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities Assist with cannabis product packaging, labeling, and preparation Weigh, sort, and organize cannabis products accurately Maintain production quotas while ensuring product quality Follow all state compliance regulations and company SOPs Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas and equipment Perform quality checks on finished products and packaging Accurately complete production logs and inventory documentation Assist with inventory management and material handling Adhere to workplace safety standards and PPE requirements Work collaboratively with supervisors and production team members Preferred Skills Familiarity with cannabis compliance and METRC tracking systems Experience in production, warehouse, or food manufacturing environments Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing, packaging, or cannabis industry experience preferred Must meet all state legal requirements for working in the cannabis industry Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Reliable attendance and punctuality required Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within a relevant industry. Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of profit & loss management principles. Experience in business development and sales strategies. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools. Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement.
