Shift:

1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Join a Hands-On Team Where Your Work Matters We're seeking dependable, motivated Shop Helpers to support daily manufacturing and assembly operations at our Aurora facility. What You'll Do As a Shop Helper, you'll play a key role in keeping our production floor running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Perform general shop and production support duties as needed Operate a sandblaster and basic production/assembly equipment Load, unload, and stage materials for manufacturing processes Assist machine operators and technicians with setups and changeovers Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Read and follow work orders, written instructions, and production schedules Measure materials accurately using a tape measure Operate a forklift when required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors What We're Looking For Experience in production, manufacturing, or general labor Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read a tape measure and interpret blueprints Comfortable using hand and power tools Forklift experience is a plus (not required) Reliable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented mindset Why Work With Us?

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
