Job Summary:
The Signmaker will work, as part of a team, to produce, construct and install in-house produced signage and nametags for the resort. Our ideal candidate will have experience in design, fabrication, and installation of various sign types and styles. Job Specifications style="list-style-type:disc- -

style="list-style-type:disc- -Responsible for fulfilling sign requests, sign manufacturing projects, sign installation assignments and sign repair and replacement assignments. style="list-style-type:disc
- -Follows set approval process for sign requests and logging of signs ordered and completed. style="list-style-type:disc
- -Operation of supported sign / nametag machine. style="list-style-type:disc
- -Assist the Advanced Signmaker with producing signs, graphics, banners, stickers, and nametags as requested by various departments. style="list-style-type:disc
- -Assist the Advanced Signmaker with design, production and installation of all varieties of signs and graphics through a sign request and approval process, using a priority system, including proof approvals for new sign requests. style="list-style-type:disc
- -Maintain neat, organized, clean sign shop for safe operation and efficient production and delivery of requested items. style="list-style-type:disc
- -Receive training and work direction from senior staff. style="list-style-type:disc
- -Adheres to all OSHA and other safety related requirements. style="list-style-type:disc
- -Participates in the cleaning of the facility and is a supportive team player with that department regarding joint projects and the overall work environment. style="list-style-type:disc
- -Works in accordance with Vail Resorts policies and corporate values. style="list-style-type:disc

Job Requirements:
style="list-style-type:disc- -High School Graduate or equivalent style="list-style-type:disc
- -Previous experience in mid-high volume sign production facility. style="list-style-type:disc
- -Previous experience in the following software programs: MS office, Omega Composer, Illustrator, Photo Shop, Adobe Illustrator style="list-style-type:disc
- -Ability to lift and carry 50lbs. style="list-style-type:disc
- -Ability to stand for 4 hours or more. style="list-style-type:disc
- -Valid Driver's License and ability to drive on mountain roads and city streets. The expected pay range is $22.00/hr
