Our premium products are made from the finest simple, clean, organic ingredients and are sold in Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, and specialty food stores. We are growing, expanding our production, and looking for great people to join our team. Ideal Candidate We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and hardworking individual to lead our production team. Must be responsible, reliable, and trustworthy. • 40 hours/week: Monday
• Thursday, 7/8 am
• 4/5 pm. Fridays off! Visit www.etaliafoods.com to learn more about us. Responsibilities Work as part of a strong team to manage daily production processes, procedures, and schedules to meet high quality standards.
• Prepare and assemble products according to specifications and quality standards
• Follow FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines to ensure product safety and quality
• Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Package final product and prepare for shipping
• Maintain pre-production and post-production checklists
• Maintain all cleaning, sanitation, and safety processes and requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
• Must be responsible, reliable, and trustworthy
• Must have a positive attitude and be adaptive to change
• Must be a great team player
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in product assembly to meet high quality standards
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced production environment
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Previous experience in food production and packaging is preferred
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, CGMP guidelines, and food safety practices a plus
• Ability to work on your feet and stand for long periods of time
