About us Prodigal Coffee is a coffee roastery in Boulder, CO, and we are looking for a new person to work our busy Monday production day. Training provided! This role is involved in the A to Z of roasted coffee production: processing and packing coffees, bag labeling, shipping, general warehouse tasks such as order receiving, inventory, printing labels, general cleaning, etc. We are currently looking to fill one shift on Mondays (8-10+ hours, start time 7:00am). Extra hours are available periodically as business fluctuates (large orders, holiday volume increase, monthly subscription fulfillment, etc). The ideal candidate will enjoy hard work, have a strong sense of urgency, be a friendly and focused team player, and be excited to learn.

Responsibilities:

Package coffee from start to finish (apply stickers, fill bags, seal bags, deliver to holding area) Weigh green coffee batches Operate packing machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner Maintain accurate inventory records throughout the production day Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ship orders Work with other team members to ensure quality standards are met Perform QC checks on equipment, packed coffee, and orders Lift heavy weights (50+ lbs), sometimes on a ladder. Occasionally lift heavy weights with help (150 lbs) Other tasks essential for the business
