Job Description
Job description: This position's primary responsibility will be to un-box, split blocks and load blocks of chocolate into the melting tank. Cartons are 55-pound blocks of chocolate that need to be split into smaller chunks and loaded into an industrial chocolate melting tank. You will move several tons of chocolate a day. This position will also help out on our production lines, dishwashing area, rework chocolate. Skip the gym and get paid to work out in our melting room. We are a large chocolate company with a complete production facility located in Boulder. We are looking for a Chocolate melting tech to work in our chocolate melting room. Starting pay is $21.00/hour during the 60-day introductory period. After successfully completing the introductory period, employees' wage may increase to $22.00/hour based on specific attendance and performance-based standards. Shift begins at 6:00am Monday through Friday. Evening and weekends off. We offer a great compensation and benefit package, after 60 days of employment. This benefit package has an estimated annual value of $9,500 depending on insurance selections.
