Join our dynamic food production team as a Production Worker and become a vital part of creating high-quality, safe, and delicious food products. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process in a fast-paced food processing plant. Your focus will be on ensuring food safety standards are met, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and operating equipment efficiently to produce top-tier products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative environment dedicated to excellence in food production. Duties Assist in the preparation and processing of food products according to established recipes and procedures, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and HACCP standards. Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, including basic mechanical tasks and troubleshooting as needed. Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards by following sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic environment in accordance with CGMP guidelines. Package finished products accurately, labeling them properly for distribution while adhering to food safety practices. Conduct quality checks throughout the production process, utilizing basic math skills to verify measurements and weights. Follow all safety protocols related to food processing, machinery operation, and workplace safety to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Skills Experience in food production or manufacturing environments preferred; familiarity with food processing plant operations is a plus. Strong understanding of sanitation procedures necessary for maintaining hygiene in a food processing environment. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements, weights, and quality assessments. Ability to stand for long periods on hard surface.
