Team members have the opportunity to work on many different types of projects and develop a broad range of hands-on skills. What We're Looking For Dependable and able to show up ready to work Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment Willing to perform physical and sometimes dirty work Able to follow instructions and work safely Comfortable using basic hand and power tools, or willing to learn Able to work both independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and pride in completing quality work Previous manufacturing, construction, fabrication, painting, automotive, or similar hands-on experience is helpful but not required Bonus Experience Previous experience with fiberglass, composites, resin, gelcoat, mold making, body work, sanding, painting, or similar fabrication processes is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings a good attitude, reliability, and a desire to learn. Physical Requirements This is an active manufacturing position.
