Production Laborer

Henderson, CO Shift & Pay:

($2 pay raise after 4 months!!) Thurs-Sun, 7:00 AM

• 5:30 PM
• $23/hr Mon-Thurs, 7:00 AM
• 5:30 PM
• $21/hr As a General Laborer, you'll be hands-on with: Flooring, drywall, siding, caulking, and window installation General shop duties like tool organization and cleanup Full-day focus on specific tasks depending on trailer needs You'll be restoring trailers to top condition so they're ready to hit the road again!

What We're Looking For:

Willingness to do all aspects of the job (not just flooring or siding) Comfortable lifting 20-40 lbs regularly Entry-level welcome! We'll train you if you're coming from retail, warehouse, or manufacturing Bonus if you have construction, landscaping, or general labor experience!

Shop setting with 25 team members, split into smaller crews of 5 Outdoor and Indoor work Culture of teamwork, hustle, and accountability Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00

• $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
