Production Laborer

Production Laborer We are seeking reliable, hard‑working Production Laborers to join a concrete manufacturing plant in Brighton. This position plays a key role in daily production, including setting forms, pouring concrete, grating, and general facility upkeep. This is a physically demanding job that requires flexibility, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Schedule:

Day shift — flexible start time between 5:30 AM and 8:00 AM Key Responsibilities Set, fill, strip, and grate concrete forms. Perform daily housekeeping duties such as sweeping and maintaining a clean work area. Work with co-workers to strip, set up, and pour beds efficiently and safely. Coordinate with the Quality Control Department to ensure high-quality product output. Follow guidance from Team Leaders and Supervisors. Work in various areas as needed, including Architectural, Spancrete, Yard, and Finish Building. Maintain strong safety practices and participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Support company policies and maintain professional, positive relationships with co-workers. Anticipate daily tasks and next steps without constant direction. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in concrete work, concrete finishing, or sheetrock finishing Ability to use basic hand tools and read a tape measure Comfortable with lifting, bending, climbing, and repetitive physical tasks Willing to work variable start times and significant overtime when needed Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and ability to follow direction What We're Looking For A team player with a positive attitude. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
