We're hiring Production Workers who are reliable, detail‑oriented, and ready to contribute to a hands‑on production environment. If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and being part of a process that turns raw materials into finished products, this is a great opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule. What Your Day Will Look Like Transfer finished product into buckets and palletize completed units Package finished caulk into boxes, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling Complete quality assurance paperwork after palletization Track and maintain inventory records for finished goods Support daily production goals by working closely with team members Assist with loading, cleaning, and maintaining production work areas What You Bring Required Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or general labor Key Skills Strong general labor and production abilities Experience operating forklifts and production equipment Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Ability to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting Preferred Experience Mechanical aptitude and understanding of production line operations Experience with assembly, packaging, and using a tape measure Dependable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented mindset Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00

• $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
