Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Produces high-quality magnetic products through assembly, magnetization, kitting, and packaging. This entry-level position focuses on learning core production processes while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow all established safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe, hazard-free work environment. Assemble, magnetize, package, and box magnetic products using hand tools, power tools, adhesives, and sealing equipment in compliance with quality standards. Retrieve, store, and transport components, packaging materials, and finished goods using carts and pallet jacks to support efficient production flow. Perform basic maintenance on machinery, equipment, and tooling to ensure optimal operation. Package, label, and palletize products accurately for inventory or shipment. Assist machine operators to maintain smooth and efficient production processes. Meet production goals while completing all required documentation with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all production areas to enhance efficiency and safety. Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental needs.
EQUIPMENT
Calculator, computer, magnetizers, rivet guns, air guns and staplers, hand tools, manual and electric pallet jacks, and other basic production equipment.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
Previous production experience preferred. Strong math skills. Safety-conscious. Good manual dexterity. Proficient with basic hand tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to establish effective working relationships with team members to foster a collaborative and productive environment. Capable of following written and verbal instructions accurately to ensure work meets specifications. Skilled in organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet production deadlines. Professional and respectful interaction with all levels of the company. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. using proper techniques. Be able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours while performing tasks involving bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and gripping. Team- and customer-focused, with a strong commitment to quality and service. Proficient in applying basic math and writing skills for documentation and measurement tasks. Effective communicator to ensure smooth coordination within the team. Demonstrates initiative, motivation, and attention to detail in daily tasks. Able to handle challenging situations professionally and maintain composure under pressure. Ÿ
