• Job Summary
• Production Machine Operators support the full manufacturing process of
• stainless steel band clamps
• . This position involves operating production equipment, performing basic mechanical adjustments, completing quality inspections, and packaging finished products in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Operate production machinery (up to two machines after training) + Load materials and maintain continuous machine operation + Perform routine quality inspections + Make minor mechanical adjustments as needed + Monitor equipment and report issues promptly + Count, box, and label finished products + Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Requirements
• + 6+ months of machine operation experience preferred + Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a noisy environment + Strong attention to detail and dependability + Ability to work independently after training
• Work Environment
• + Clean, organized, high‑volume manufacturing facility + Steel‑toe footwear required

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
