Our company is seeking a team member for our print production department, where you'll perform a variety of tasks, including quality control, running coating and cutting equipment, packaging products for shipment, and general production tasks. Opportunity As a key member of TerraSlate's print production team, you will report to a Production Manager and play a central role in delivering the quality, precision, and speed that define our brand. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our manufacturing operation, where excellence in execution directly supports TerraSlate's next stage of growth. You'll join a fast-moving, entrepreneurial company powered by renewable energy and guided by the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS). Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, production efficiency, and our ability to meet rapidly increasing demand across B2B and eCommerce channels. Relocation is not available for this position. Key Responsibilities Operate, calibrate, and maintain print, coating, and cutting equipment to ensure consistent quality across all production runs. Perform detailed quality control checks throughout production to ensure low-defect standards. Execute custom finishing processes (cutting, folding, binding, hole-punching) with precision and consistency. Package and prepare shipments with accuracy and efficiency, following TerraSlate's shipping standards. Manage production orders and documentation using established systems and checklists. Participate in daily production meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and reducing waste. Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve and make recommendations to leadership. Cross-train across multiple machines and work areas to support flexible scheduling and team coverage. Uphold TerraSlate's safety, sustainability, and quality standards in all production activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of two years of professional experience Great attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Proactive and willing to learn Currently based in the Denver Metro Area ; on-site presence required five days per week.
