Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Cutfile Creator to join our production team. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining accurate cut files using Optitex Marker 23 and supporting production workflows through data management, file preparation, and quality control. Experience with CorelDRAW is a plus. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large amounts of numerical data, has strong attention to detail, and can accurately manage data entry and file creation tasks in a fast-paced environment. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys working with detailed information, takes pride in accuracy, and can confidently manage both technical file creation and data-related tasks. Prior experience with Optitex Marker 23 is a significant advantage, but candidates with strong technical aptitude, Excel skills, and a proven track record of attention to detail are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Create, edit, and maintain cut files using Optitex Marker 23. Review specifications, measurements, and production requirements to ensure file accuracy. Enter and verify data related to production orders, materials, and sizing information. Efficent in Microsoft Excel to organize, track, and manage production data. Work with design and production teams to ensure files meet manufacturing requirements. Perform quality checks on cut files and related documentation before release to production. Make revisions and updates to existing files as needed. Assist with file organization, record keeping, and workflow documentation. Qualifications Experience with Optitex Marker 23 is a plus but will train the righ candidate. Experience with CorelDRAW is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in measurements, specifications, and numerical data. Accurate data entry skills with a focus on consistency and precision. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Manufacturing, textile, printing, or production-related experience is a plus. High School Diploma or GED Desired Skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to follow established processes and standards. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Salary $18-21/hr Two potential work schedules: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm and Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
