Key Responsibilities Operate pneumatic presses to mold bath bombs, following safety procedures to the letter. Perform quality control checks to ensure every bath product looks, feels, and behaves like a tiny work of art. Keep your workstation clean, organized, and sanitary. Work efficiently to meet daily production goals without cutting corners. Qualifications Must be able to tolerate extremely strong fragrances. Seriously. This job isn't for scent-sensitive folks. Comfortable with changing priorities and job duties as needed; maintains composure and a solution-oriented mindset under pressure. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing top-notch work. Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced workspace. Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to doing your best. Team-oriented with the ability to communicate respectfully. Comfortable receiving and applying constructive feedback. Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds. Able to perform repetitive tasks and operate machinery for long periods. Comfortable remaining in one spot for most of your shift. Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Basic reading, writing, and math skills required. Comfortable wearing nitrile and/or vinyl gloves. Filtering masks may be required depending on the task. Experience Entry level. No prior experience needed. Food service or previous production/manufacturing experience is a plus.

Part-Time Pay:

Starting at $17.00 per hour, with opportunities for quick increases based on skill and merit.

Hours:

13-32 hours per week.

Schedule:

Typically 2-4 days a week between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Weekends off. Supportive environment that values creativity, diversity, and growth.
