Production Associate, $20 per hour, Weekly Pay!

We're seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Production Associate to ensure the quality and efficiency of our stencil production process. Your tasks will include CAD scanning, assembly, quality audits, laser cutting, stencil coating, shipping, packaging, and other duties as needed. Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions are essential.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

Location:

Golden, CO Compensation:

$20 per hour (pay rate may increase to $23 per hour IF hired on as a permanent employee)

Key Responsibilities:

CAD Scanning:

Verify CAD stencils and create rework files.

Final Assembly:

Assist in assembling stencils as per specs.

Quality Audit:

Conduct thorough audits on finished products.

Laser Cutting:

Operate CNC laser machines accurately.

Stencil Coating:

Apply final layers to stencils as required.

Shipping and Packaging:

Prepare products for shipment.

Ad Hoc Tasks:

Help with additional production tasks. Must pass a 7-year criminal background screening. Must pass a 5-panel drug screen.

Requirements:

Good reading, math, and computer skills. Organized and positive team player. Attention to detail and ability to focus. High school diploma or equivalent. Two or more years of production experience. Manufacturing experience preferred. Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office proficiency preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
