Entry-Level Production Worker Longmont, CO $17.00 - $20.00/Hour Day & Night Shifts Available | 12-Hour Rotating Schedule Manpower is currently seeking Entry-Level Production Workers for a manufacturing facility in Longmont, CO. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. Employees are trained on multiple machines and processes, with opportunities to increase their pay based on skill development and productivity. What's in it for you? $17.00 - $20.00/hour starting pay Night shift earns an additional $2.00/hour differential 12-hour shifts
Day Shift:
8:00 AM - 8:00
PM Night Shift:
8:00 PM - 8:00 AM Rotating schedule with every other weekend off Opportunity for pay increases based on skills learned and productivity Long-term career growth and cross-training opportunities What will you be doing? Operate and monitor machines used to manufacture plastic bags and packaging products Learn multiple production processes and equipment throughout the facility Set up and operate converting equipment, including printing presses, slitters, and bag machines Produce finished products that meet customer specifications and quality standards Verify product quality and identify printing or manufacturing defects Operate blown film extrusion equipment to produce plastic film products Monitor production runs and make adjustments to maintain product specifications Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment Support continuous improvement efforts and production goals What do you bring? Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a production environment Strong attention to detail and quality Basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity Interested?
