This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a safe and organized workplace, and is looking for a long-term career opportunity with potential for permanent hire.
What You'll Do:
Production Operations Manage and oversee daily production activities in an indoor environment Monitor and supervise material production processes Accurately record production data, material usage, and restocking activities Track inventory levels and provide detailed reports to supervisors Maintain documentation and ensure proper production paperwork flow Warehouse Support Keep the warehouse and blending room clean, organized, and safe Monitor material placement and warehouse organization Conduct and document monthly fire extinguisher and eye-wash station inspections Safety Responsibilities Review and respond to corporate safety communications Communicate safety procedures and updates to team members Identify, report, and assist in resolving workplace safety concerns Work closely with supervisors to maintain a safe work environment Shipping & Receiving Document incoming and outgoing shipments accurately Maintain proper receiving and shipping paperwork Report shipping and receiving activities to supervisors What We're Looking For Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to read weights and understand scales accurately Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities Reliable and dependable with a positive attitude Willingness to work hard and take ownership of responsibilities Strong organizational and communication skills The Company is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
