  • Create and produce business cards, banners, booklets, stickers, dye-sublimation prints, and promo items Pre-Press & Quality
  • Preflight files, troubleshoot technical issues, and handle printer maintenance and color calibration Client Collaboration

  • Support POS transactions, inventory, and community initiatives What We're Looking For Design & Print Production Specialist Typically 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Able to independently handle standard digital/wide-format print jobs, file setup and adjustments, customer intake, and day-to-day production tasks. Design & Print Production Senior Specialist Typically 3+ years of relevant experience. Able to independently manage complex or high-value jobs, troubleshoot file and equipment issues, oversee color consistency, prioritize the print queue, help improve workflows, and mentor others.
All candidates should have:
Intermediate to advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva proficency. Experience with EFI Fiery, VersaWorks, Epson Edge, or similar RIP software is a strong plus Strong grasp of digital/wide-format printing, color management, pre-press, and paper stocks A positive, dependable, collaborative attitude with strong communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$20
  • 22/hr (Specialist) or $22
  • 24/hr (Senior Specialist); placement based on experience, software expertise, and production ability
Hours:
Full-time ~32-40 hrs/week; Part-time ~16-28 hrs/week; exact schedule confirmed in writing before start
Performance Bonuses:
Possible at employer's sole discretion after the 60-day introductory period; not guaranteed
Colorado Paid Sick Leave:
1 hour accrued per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours/year (Colorado HFWA)
Colorado FAMLI:
Shared employee/employer contributions at 0.88% of wages total for 2026 Health insurance, retirement, paid vacation, and paid holidays: Not currently offered
