What You'll Be Doing You'll be part of the core production team responsible for making our dumplings from scratch and keeping quality dialed in every single batch. Preparing fillings and dough using standardized recipes Operating and assisting with dumpling production equipment Hand-placing and organizing dumplings for steaming and freezing Maintaining strict cleanliness and food safety standards Supporting efficient production flow (speed + consistency matter) Lifting and moving ingredients/equipment (often 50-100+ lbs) Helping the team hit production goals and improve systems The Opportunity (Read This Carefully) We are intentionally hiring this role as a pipeline to Production Lead .
