Our facility in Littleton, CO has an immediate opportunity for a level 3 Material Requirements Planner (MRP) to join our mission. As our MRP you will provide critical support to production, business, and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, team‑based manufacturing environment. The role ensures that program milestones and key delivery dates are met by coordinating parts availability, forecasting, and material flow using the Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) and SAP ERP. You will also drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, facilitate self‑directed work teams, and deliver training in core manufacturing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will... Area Primary Duties Program & Milestone Management

• Track and meet critical program dates, milestone deliverables, and launch schedules.
• Proactively identify schedule risks and implement corrective actions to keep programs on‑track. Materials Planning & Forecasting
• Generate and maintain accurate parts forecasts in SAP, ensuring alignment with production demands.
• Manage part replenishment and inventory levels through the ASRS, coordinating inbound/outbound movements. Stakeholder Coordination Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Scheduling, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to confirm that the right parts are delivered at the right time. Production Planning & Control
• Develop daily and weekly production plans, monitor execution, and adjust priorities as needed.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of material shortages or bottlene‑downs and drive corrective actions.

#LMSpaceRA Basic Qualifications 3‑5 years of experience in a manufacturing operations environment (production planning, material management, or process improvement) Strong analytical skills (Excel, data visualization, KPI tracking). Proficient in SAP for parts forecasting, inventory, and order management Due to work location requirements, U.S. citizenship is required Desired Skills Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Prior experience with ASRS for parts forecasting, inventory, and order management Strong communication skills to partner with production, manufacturing engineering, supply‑chain, purchasing, and finance. Experience managing multiple, concurrent planning projects

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
