Production Technician - Outdoor Kitchen Manufacturing Grillnetics Loveland, CO 80537 About Grillnetics Grillnetics is a growing manufacturer of premium outdoor kitchen cabinets and complete outdoor kitchen systems. We design and manufacture high-quality aluminum cabinet systems that are shipped to customers throughout the United States. We're looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Production Technician who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a growing manufacturing team. As we expand our product line, we are beginning to fabricate granite countertops in-house to provide customers with complete outdoor kitchen kits. Experience with granite cutting, granite installation, countertop fabrication, or stone fabrication is a strong plus for this position. Position Summary This is a hands-on manufacturing position responsible for producing our outdoor kitchen components from raw materials through final finishing and packaging. You'll begin by cutting aluminum components that are sent to our welding department. Once the welded frames are complete, you'll finish the manufacturing process by installing components, cutting cement board, performing quality inspections, and preparing products for shipment. The position will also assist with the cutting and fabrication of granite countertops that are included with our outdoor kitchen kits. Responsibilities Cut aluminum components to specification using industrial saws Prepare materials for the welding department Receive welded cabinet frames and complete the remaining manufacturing process Cut cement board using production saws Assist with granite countertop cutting, fabrication, finishing, and preparation Install hardware, fasteners, and other cabinet components Operate pneumatic tools, rivet guns, hand tools, and power tools Load and unload materials using forklifts and pallet jacks Package finished products for shipment Inspect products throughout production to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with inventory and material handling as needed Follow company safety procedures and manufacturing standards Equipment You'll Use Forklifts Pallet jacks Pneumatic tools Rivet guns Industrial aluminum cutting saws Cement board cutting saws Granite cutting and fabrication equipment Hand and power tools Measuring tools and production equipment Qualifications Manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or related hands-on experience preferred Granite cutting, granite installation, countertop fabrication, or stone fabrication experience is strongly preferred Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely use tools and equipment Ability to accurately read a tape measure Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday Forklift experience is a plus (training available) What We're Looking For Enjoys working with their hands Takes pride in producing quality work Learns quickly and enjoys solving problems Shows up on time and is dependable Works well independently and as part of a team Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Wants to grow with a rapidly expanding company At Grillnetics, we value attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
