Pueblo, CO About the Role We're looking for dependable, skilled Welders to join a high‑growth manufacturing team within a climate-controlled, large-scale production facility. This position involves MIG welding on mild steel with occasional stainless work, as well as material prep, grinding, sanding, layout, and general fabrication tasks. If you have previous experience in welding, fabrication, autobody repair, metalwork, or similar hands‑on trades, your background may be a great fit—even if it didn't come from a traditional manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless components Prep materials, tack, fabricate, sand, grind, and perform quality inspections Maintain welding equipment and manage consumables Follow strict safety procedures and keep a clean, organized workspace Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced production setting Required Skills Hands-on proficiency in SAW, MIG, TIG, and Oxy-Acetylene welding Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Experience with large-diameter rolling and crane operation Basic computer proficiency Understanding of welding automation and Lean Manufacturing concepts Preferred Qualifications background in fabrication or mechanical assembly Prior production or manufacturing experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Relevant trade experience such as autobody repair, metal fabrication, or practical welding work is highly valued What We Offer Opportunity to work in the growing green energy sector Climate-controlled facility with steady, predictable workload Performance bonuses Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and disability coverage Clear advancement tracks and self-paced promotions Additional Details All new hires begin on day shift for training, then transition to night shift within 4-6 months (night shift includes an additional $3/hour differential) Reliability and strong attendance are essential; unexcused absences—including sick days—impact performance metrics Work culture is straightforward and drama-free, with a focus on productivity and professionalism Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
