About the Role As a Production Engineering Support Specialist, you will serve as a vital link between design, quality, and operations to ensure seamless production workflows. You will drive efficiency by managing technical documentation, optimizing product data, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a high-precision manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Manage engineering change orders (ECO) and product revisions to ensure seamless transitions in manufacturing processes. Maintain accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOM) and routing data within ERP systems to support daily production requirements. Provide technical support for Material Review Board (MRB) processes, facilitating rapid resolution of non-conforming material issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new product introductions into existing manufacturing workflows. Ensure all manufacturing documentation and specifications are compliant with internal quality standards and customer requirements. Monitor and update production records to maintain high levels of data integrity and operational transparency. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or GED with relevant experience in a technical or manufacturing setting. Proven ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications, including GD&T. Proficiency in ERP software, such as Epicor, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills 2+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing industry, such as medical devices or aerospace. Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to team-based problem-solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective documentation and reporting. Experience with Adobe software for document management and editing.
