Job Description

Pay:

$18.00 per hour Job Overview We are actively hiring for a 2nd shift Production Associate. Our client is located in the greater Hamden Area and is growing at a rapid pace! This is a temp to hire role with a chance to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

6 Months+ of Manufacturing or Production experience

Assembly :

Put together parts using hand and power tools based on blueprints or work instructions.

Machine Operation :

Start, stop, and monitor factory equipment, adjusting settings to keep production running smoothly.

Quality Control :

Inspect finished items for flaws or defects and report any issues to the supervisor.

Packaging :

Label, pack, and prepare finished goods for shipping.

Maintenance & Sanitation :

Keep the work area clean, sweep floors, and handle basic upkeep on tools.
