Our client, a leading organization in the food production industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production lines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

4pm to 4am - 3/2 rotating schedule What's the Job? Perform basic operations across different work areas with rotating responsibilities Inspect products continuously to ensure quality standards are met Assist with equipment cleaning and maintenance tasks Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment following GMPs and GHPs Communicate effectively with team members and shift leaders to ensure smooth operations What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in food-related or manufacturing environments preferred Ability to read, write, and understand English Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including overtime and weekends What's in it for me?
