About the Role As a Production Team Lead, you will drive operational excellence by overseeing daily floor activities and ensuring that production targets are achieved with precision. You will serve as a key mentor to your team, leveraging your expertise in manufacturing workflows and safety compliance to foster a high-performance environment. Responsibilities Direct daily production workflows to maximize output efficiency and meet critical deadlines. Cultivate a high-engagement team culture through active coaching, training, and professional development of production personnel. Champion a safety-first mindset by ensuring strict adherence to OSHA standards and internal operational protocols. Analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that boost overall throughput. Coordinate cross-functionally with maintenance and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and maintain equipment uptime. Execute rigorous quality control inspections to ensure all finished goods meet organizational benchmarks. Maintain comprehensive production documentation and performance reports to track operational KPIs. Qualifications Required Skills Proven track record in a manufacturing supervisory or team lead capacity. Strong understanding of production scheduling and lean manufacturing principles. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and resolve conflicts within a diverse workforce. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern manufacturing management software. Solid grasp of industrial safety regulations and quality assurance methodologies. Preferred Skills Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field. Active OSHA 10-Hour Certification. Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives or Six Sigma projects.
